Hi, thanks for the suggestion, I tried to reinstall the driver but still no luck.

Anymore ideas? My windows 10 is updated. i have 3d sound with my speakres, just not with the turtle beach headset.

Hello,

Those recomendations are more for cases where there is no audio. I do get audio in Stereo, it sounds good actually, but the Dolby 7.1 function is missing. I only get stereo.
